Book two in the Dr. Seuss x Street Fighter series features everyone’s favorite barefoot wanderer: Ryu. This book would naturally talk about the path of life, and how the answer lies in the heart of battle.
You have fists in your gloves.
You have feet but no shoes.
You can steer yourself any direction you choose.
You’re on your own. And you know what you know.
And YOU are the one who’ll decide where to go…
Oh the hadoukens you’ll throw!
There is battle to be done!
There are points to be scored.
There are matches to be won.
And the magical things you can do with that fireball
will make you the winning-est winner of all.
Ultimately the book is about finding your own path, something that we all can relate to. I never knew the path I took would lead me to where I am today, but that is part of what makes it so wonderful.
