Back in my day, we used to have REAL gameplay… We didn’t have any of this fancy 3D stuff!

Dealing with change can be difficult. We prefer what is familiar over what is comfortable. and we prefer what is comfortable over what is better.
It is natural to resist change, especially if you do not understand why the change is happening or if the future seems uncertain.
But change is the new normal.
How will you deal with change as a leader, employee, spouse, or parent? When others are involved, our response to change has a ripple effect. As a leader, we can hold back an entire organization. As an employee, we can derail important initiatives at our organization, as a spouse we can frustrate and alienate our spouse, and as a parent we can exasperate our children.
Change is hard.
But it is required if we ever want to grow or become better.
You don’t become better at anything by staying the same.
